At Salhis you can relax over a good drink or join in the evening's activities. Some activities are available during opening hours, others are organised as regular events.

The atmosphere is relaxed and you don't have to be a pro to join in. Billiards, darts, the quiz, board games and music share the same idea: good company and a cosy evening come first.

Since 1969, Salhojankadun Pub has been a place where locals and visitors from further afield come together. Within the walls of this traditional British-style pub, every evening can take its own shape.

Billiards and darts in a good pub setting

The billiards table and darts board at Salhis are available to guests during opening hours when they're not booked for events.

You can challenge your friends for a relaxed game, hone your aim, or join the competitions that are being held. No special skills are needed; the most important things are a good evening, a good company, and a little sparkle in the eye.

A TAMPERE PUB QUIZ TRADITION

The Salhis quiz on Thursday nights

The Salhis quiz is one of the longest-running pub quizzes in Tampere. On Thursday nights, teams gather to test their knowledge across a wide range of questions in a good-humoured contest.

You can arrive with your familiar team or assemble a group on-site. The atmosphere is relaxed and approachable, but a small competition spirit is always allowed.

Jams, a house band, and changing guests

In the intimate atmosphere of Salhis, live music is experienced up close. Each jam night opens with the house band and a changing guest artist, after which the stage is open for anyone to jam.

The lineups for the evening are created in the moment, the musicians change, and every jam night is different. You can come along to play, meet other music friends, or just enjoy the live music with a good drink.

The jams are usually on the third Tuesday of the month
